plastic containers low-quality juice
The juice options at the breakfast buffet disappointed me. The teas came from plastic containers, not freshly pressed. The juice quality fell short of expectations for a hotel of this caliber.

decent hotel experience
lagoon-style pool dining option luggage unloading bidet shower
the grounds are well-kept. the lagoon-style pool is massive. it was nice there were various dining options available.
Upon arrival, i had to unload luggage myself. This was unexpected. there was no bidet shower in the bathroom. This surprised me.

amazing stay
excellent service fine sunset spacious accommodation
the hotel offered excellent service. several pools exist, ideal for unwinding at the end of the day. i enjoyed fine sunsets there. the hotel has indoor and outdoor sports. volleyball on the beach was fantastic. the accommodations were spacious and clean.

the resort features a kilometer-long sandy beach with palm trees. this area feels like paradise. its proximity to the beach allows for easy access to soft golden sand and warm sea waters.

the food was really good at the italian restaurant and the japanese restaurant. the breakfast buffet was a daily highlight. i enjoyed an excellent selection of exotic fruits and freshly prepared hot dishes.

Decent Resort with Minor Issues
private beach food choice monitor lizard guest safety
The resort had a private beach, I found it lovely. I could relax and take in the serene surroundings. The food choices had good variety. The cocktails impressed me also.
I stayed in a pool-level room and I noticed a monitor lizard outside on the porch. It jumped into the pool (which I found alarming). It swam across to the other end and calmly exited into the bushes (I don't like that).

Wonderful stay
beautiful grounds really good breakfast
The staff were cute and kind. The grounds are beautiful. The rooms are spacious. I loved the excellent location. It had fantastic restaurants on the doorstep. It was a short taxi ride to the local markets. We had a awesome breakfast. The management of reserved sun beds was really well managed. You chose your bed but had to return within an hour. I found this system great. Drinks were perfectly served at the Drift bar.

The gym is clean and complete with treadmills. There are multiple pools with dedicated areas for adults and children. The hotel has several wonderful restaurants that meet a variety of needs. I found this very convenient.

The staff is very warm. They are also friendly and efficient. The staff remember guests yearly. They are helpful. Many staff members knew our favorite drinks and food. It was a nice touch.

The rooms have great sound insulation. They include good cosmetics and a hairdryer. There is also a nice balcony. The rooms include many towels. I didn't have to request extra, helpful.
